Keeping It Local
Here at the Cavendish Pavilion we strive to keep the food we serve and the products we sell as local as possible. The majority of our cakes are hand made especially for us 'up dale' by Jennifer Rushbrook, we use a speciality butcher from Lancashire for all our meats and our vegetable are sourced as local as possible by our suppliers in Bradford and Colne - our teas all come from Taylors of Harrogate, and our coffee is supplied by Cooper's in Huddersfield.
